While the collection is too young to define a specific purchase policy, clearly the acquisitions made since 2002 bear a relation to the everyday reality of students. This is why it includes works by young artists like Aaron van Erp, Marjolein de Wit, Aukje Koks, Yujin Kang, Jo Wilmot and Willem Weismann and graffiti artists such as Rammellzee, Koor , Blade and Quick.
But it also represents established names like Ger Lataster, Ad Gerritsen, Toon Teeken, Kubach-Wilmsen, Frank van Hemert, Theo Kuijpers, L.J.A.D. Creyghton, Margriet Smulders and Reinoud van Vught.
